How does your sizing run?

Please refer to our official size charts that are available on every product page.

How do I know whether or not the products I’ve purchased are authentic?

The only way to guarantee the authenticity of your purchase is by buying it directly from our website. If purchased on Amazon, make sure that American Collegiate is the seller.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email, or you can log onto your account anytime for additional updates.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or changed.

May I purchase items as gifts?

Yes. Please use the gift recipient’s name and address under shipping, but make sure to use your own address in the billing section. No price information will accompany your purchase. Unfortunately, we do not provide gift wrapping at this time.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, as well as gift cards which are available for purchase on our site.

What is my Billing Address?

The billing address that you enter at checkout must be an exact match of the address that your credit card company or bank has on file for your credit or debit card (the address where your monthly statement is mailed).

Do I need to pay sales tax on my order?

We are required to collect sales tax for goods purchased in certain states. You will see this additional tax reflected in your purchase price prior to placing your order.


When will my order ship?

Orders received by noon EST, Monday-Friday are usually shipped the same day. Orders received after noon EST, Monday-Friday will be shipped the next business day. Orders received over the weekend and on holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

What are my options for delivery?

We have 3 delivery options: Economy - 3 to 6 business days after shipment email notification. 2 Day - 2 business days after shipment email notification. 1 Day - 1 business day after shipment email notification.

 We also offer free economy shipping for orders over $49.

Can I order today, and have you ship my order out at a later date?

Unfortunately, we are not able to do that at this time. Our team ships orders as they are received.

If I select next day delivery will I receive my order tomorrow?

We do our best to make sure that you will. Remember that orders placed after noon EST will not ship until the following business day.


What is your return policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund for the price of the product. Or you can exchange the product for something else. All purchases are eligible to be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns must be in original condition, unwashed with original tags and labels attached. Please visit our website and click the Returns link at the bottom of any page. It will guide you through a few quick questions. Our customer service team will review your request, and email you a pre-paid return label to return your product.

What if I receive a defective product?

Please fill out our returns form as described above.

How do you handle refunds on discounted orders?

If you ordered multiple items and used a dollar off promotion, a pro-rated portion of the purchase price will be returned to you unless all of the qualifying items are returned.
If you ordered using a BOGO promotion, you will need to return both items to receive a refund.
